- Prices are per night, double
occupancy, unless
otherwise noted and include a full candlelight breakfast each morning,
afternoon refreshments, use of our boats, WiFi
- Children 14 years and older are
welcome
- 8% NH Tax is added to the total
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- A two week notice is necessary for
cancellation. If cancellation is made within two weeks of your arrival date,
your deposit will be credited to a future stay.
- There is a $25 administrative fee
for cancellation.
- A deposit equal to one night' s
charge or
half the stay, whichever is greater, is
required for confirmation
- An extra person in a room is $25,
- Subtract $10 per night for the single rate
- Those 65 years and older may take 10% off
- A discount may be given for stays
over 5 nights, depending on the time of year, does not apply to busy seasons
such as summer and foliage
- Minimum 2 or 3 night stays are required
during some holidays and foliage season.
- We cannot accommodate pets, ours prefer to be the only ones, they
love the attention.
- Check out is 11am
- Check in is after 3pm
